Was showing Fiddler on the Roof to someone for the first time and when the Russians violently disrupt the wedding while the Jewish community of Anatevka was dancing in joy, I started violently crying realizing I hadn’t seen the film since before October 7, 2023 and I think I experienced Jewish ptsd.

Maxwell was faced 2 separate trials re trafficking & perjury. The trafficking trial didn’t happen until late November of 2021 & she wasn’t convicted until the end of December. Perjury trial didn’t happen until 2022. She was appealing during the entire presidency. Releasing then risked freeing her.
The thing that shocks me most is that all of this incriminating stuff was sitting at the DOJ for 4 years and Biden & Garland were not cynical or ruthless enough to use it against Trump & Musk in the run up to 2024.
