Second point: the heart is one of the few muscles in the body that controls it own movement. In fact, it has an entire system that controls the movement of electrical signals through the muscle so that it can beat on its own: the cardiac conduction system.

This is complex and involves a few points so bear with me.

The heart is a large muscle with hollow spaces inside of it that can collect blood. There are two types of spaces in the heart: atria and ventricles.

Atria primarily collect blood. Their function is important but not totally required.

So many swirling thoughts about this but the one I can't escape is, if you are so GD mentally soft that you can't handle a few years in a job where you disagree with your boss, then good riddance.

I am still, somehow, surprised daily about how much of the opposition are gutless cowards.

Bone is made of a dense network of the protein collagen, significantly reinforced by crystals of a calcium-based biomineral called hydroxyapatite. The image is a schematic view of what this looks like at the molecular level.

Bacillus cereus is a common soil bacterium that is able to make a structure called an endospore. Endospores are basically inactive forms of bacteria that are stupidly resistant to being killed. They can be shot into space, frozen on ice for 20000 years, and exploded in bombs and still survive.

The other big reason is food safety. Anything that grows in the soil necessarily contacts the soil, and so soil bacteria are always a thing to be concerned about. For grains, there are several potential contaminants, but one of the more concerning is a bacterium called Bacillus cereus.
