I'm puzzled. I have two 2's. Blue squares are fixed points. The one cell in the top row has to be 9. So the bottom, right cell must be a 3. Therefore, the two variable cells of the middle row have to be 2 and 4, and the two in the bottom row have to be 2 and 6 or 4 and 3. 🤔
