Our legal system is absurd. A judge makes a decision about a case based on the law. But then, as in this case the judge rules Trump’s deployment of NG in DC is illegal, which it is, Trump, like he always does appeals the ruling. The judge then changes his/her mind?
Why? It’s still illegal.

Those National Guard troops shouldn’t have even been in DC. A judge had previously ruled that it was illegal and that they had to be withdrawn but then a judge decided to stay that order🤷‍♀️
