Here for Arsenal talk. But I teach, I read, I run, amongst other things. I might occasionally say nonsense about other stuff and things.
But Viktor Gyokeres.

True. At the same time, he hasn't played "midfield" in the senior game.

Technical security off the bench would be nice, mind. Injuries aren't helping in that regard.

It's tricky. None of the bench options would have provided the fresh legs AND keep ball that was needed. The understandable change that was made only invited them onto us.
But yeah, on balance, a further sub or two would not really have hurt any more than not making those subs actually did.

Yep, my mind gripe is everyone taking 4 or 5 touches to then do the simple wall pass. Two touches, control and pass, then move.

Yep, but a great finish.

Also, not a single Chels player appealed for a handball.

Absolutely. In both instances, the ref has made the wrong decision while looking directly at the play. Dreadful.

But whatever, great telly!

Did make me laugh that in his presser the other day, the questioner said he was a bit grumpy (paraphrasing) and he didn't flicker. Not a raise of the eyebrow, a grimace or a smile. He just is himself and comfortable on his own skin. A good way to be.

Yeah, you're right on them probably not seeing it. Appeal anyway, especially with this ref who appears the sort you can manipulate.

It has been 15C today and Asda are wanting to Let it Snow. Barmy and balmy.

Tend to agree, just interesting that most of my Arsenal supporting feed think it's harsh.
