Good morning #ABRCMS2025!
My graduate student, Sushmita, is presenting a poster about how cytonemes interact with each other during tissue patterning.
She is planning to wrap up her PhD in 2026 and is on the job market.
She's a great lab member and independent researcher.

Just gave my "A Practical Guide To Negotiation" at #ABRCMS2025. I asked my participants to practice negotiating for a hypothetical role. They did amazingly well and asked great questions. I'm looking forward to continuing the conversation at the mentoring tables.
