I realize now I was an autistic meltdown the other day, and it’s been a couple days and I’m just tired and drained and not feeling well. But work and overtime (trying to save money). I’m not sure what else to do besides meditation vids. Anyone got tips for recovery?

My experience being autistic is full of restraint. Like, so many misunderstandings happen that it formed a shell around me.

I’m taking a mental health day today. Just so much going on in and out. Thankful for the people who’ve stayed with me.
