Today I made soup from the bone + of a pork shoulder I roasted last weekend. In went the aspic from the drippings, presoaked 1/2lb (dry) GN beans, & onion, carrots, celery, scallions sauteed in tsp of fat from drippings. Just finished a bowl.
In the moment, I feel like I never want to eat again.
