I think the conspiracy theory was the smokescreen to get underlings to do the work and convince a certain segment of the citizens to support them. The real goals were to wreck the system, create chaos, hurt people and steal the data. The attack on USAID was the test drive.

Yes they are losing in court and more cases will follow. More people are being trained and the resistance is growing. Also it’s going to get cold so they are moving south.
