Tbh this is the most positive I've felt about our club for an age.
The last thing I wanted was someone throwing money at a lame duck in January.

I would hope that under new ownership the idea will be to build for next season rather than save this season then we'll see the true credentials of Henrik when he's had true backing.
A positive end to the season is paramount or I'd agree that maybe a change is needed to progress.

I'd truly love to see him back at the club he's always said he wouldn't be interested in the manager's job but he does have vast experience and a good eye for a player.
In saying that he can be outspoken and has a history of falling out with ownership but I'd certainly make him a candidate.

That's weird I was thinking over my morning coffee about the need for a director of football and Nigel Pearson came to mind but then again would he be a dinosaur ? we will certainly need one.

I would think Bannan can perform one last time especially at the League One level before moving into coaching I'm doubtful about Palmer his step into coaching is approaching with Amass we've done a good job with his development so that's helpful when approaching clubs for a replacement.

With the resources we have it's encouraging how they are performing if we're allowed additions in January, we have the basics to build a team for league one. #swfc
