Service animals are oddly unregulated. I can but one of those vests at a hardware store, and functionally it is a “I get to do whatever I want” as far as TSA is concerned

X Box Player and there was only one mission I had where there was significant lagging and glitching, and that went away after one of the four objectives was waxed.
