The book releases are getting pushed back, hopefully not too far. An emergency medical situation is turning into an urgently needed surgery. Sorry folks. I'm disappointed too.

One more round of edits and I can format Champion of the Dead and put it up for preorder. But omg my will is flagging. Some of these scenes I've been over 20 times because they survived every single other itineration of it. Please just let it be done.

Made the difficult decision to swap one story in Tales From Hell for another one. I like the story I swapped out, but I had to talk to my editor about some of the feedback, and we agreed that it's probably for the best to cut it for now and work on it for a future publication.

Midnight confession: I hate naming anything. I'm so bad at it. Which is hilarious because that's one of the things I get praised the most for. But it's because I spend so much time agonizing over the perfect name for the person/city/world/book/series.

Savior of the Damned is about many things, but the overarching theme of not just Savior but the rest of the series is triumph in the face of insurmountable odds. Because no matter how dark things get, there will be better things on the other side.
