I finally pulled my thumb out my bum, and have started to knuckle-down on my comic books - The Binding of Polly Bowler is a horror lesbian romance set in 1700s Durham, and THE LADDER is, well, an uncomfortable time.

Dunno if it's your thing, but I'm having fun writing and painting!

Hubby and I have found an old coffee table, dragged it upstairs, cleaned it, put a poufe in front of it and the dog bed on top of it.

Now Buddy can be cosier, near me if he has an attack, and can look out the window at the birds and school.

What would you charge to do one for someone else? I'm working on a horror comic book called THE LADDER and it needs a title image that includes morse code.

I can paint pretty well, but I am USELESS at making a proper title image for a cover.

Sometimes, I make a #ttrpg monster that seems perfectly reasonable to me, but a bit too fucked up for other people, like the Withered Man (see below).

Once in a while though, I make something that even I go "Christ" at.

I do quite like the logo I put together for CAWS. We're fundraising in December to get a skip at the allotments so we can clear historic flytipping and dead trees to make the micro-reserve. Jumble sale 8/12/2025 at Luna City 7 in Stockton!

Is this spelled correctly folks? Shame UKGE don't really seem to care about ttrpg players and creators anymore. Saves me about 2k in tables for other places though.
Message to UK Game Expo: Hi, I was looking to book tables and previously emailed about it - please remove my details. As an artist who works across the ttrpg, art and comic spaces, I cannot in good conscience provide funds to an organisation that is willing to support the sort of people willing to steal my work, and the work of others. I've been part of many Kickstarters and individual projects, that made less than the AI slop games - it was still enough to get paid and create a beautiful game book. That you've shown yourselves willing to cause harm to ttrpgs as a whole, in order to support people who view ttrpgs as nothing but 'product', shows that you no longer care about the scene. I sincerely hope you gain some basic decency in future.
