That's great! I love those foods as well! My favorite Thanksgiving food is mashed potatoes, but I also really like Greek yogurt. When I don't have Greek yogurt, I like to make it by putting normal yogurt through a coffee filter.

That’s a great article! In the recorded lecture I was reminded of how so many kids miss breakfast because they go straight to school after waking up. I've done this almost my whole, and this was a reminder to start doing better.

I completely agree! In the video, James Corden talked about how defects in the leptin gene are linked to obesity. We should definitely keep this in mind when discussing body image and weight. This reminded me about how important it is to stay open minded.

I agree. I've found that it’s hard to eat healthy around others because I don't want to make others feel like I think I am better than them for choosing to be healthy, and I don’t want to make other people feel bad about themselves because of their choices.

That's really cool! Vitamin D is such an amazing nutrient. It's great for bone health and the immune system. The fact that Vitamin D shows up on the label of so many daily multivitamins shows how incredibly important vitamin D is!

I think the carnivore diet is super interesting and I'm curious about the potential health implications. I think there are definitely more well rounded diets out there, but this one seems to be one of the simpler ones, which makes it appealing

Those are great ideas! Replacing the white bread with whole grain bread is my favorite way to make something more nutrient dense because it is so simple and effective. It gives you more vitamin E, vitamin B, fiber, healthy fats, phytochemicals, and minerals.
