I used to love walking in the shallow swampy areas in North MS, where I grew up. We would see gar abut the size of the one in the picture swimming in the shin-deep water we were walking in.

What is the advantage of having eyes this large? Just more sensitivity to light to help it see better in the darkness?

My in laws are Bears fans so that is probably the one team I can’t support. lol I have been enjoying watching the Eagles.

It depends on how noticed the keeper is, I guess! All the plants will keep growing and they will grow at different rates so this would take someone trimming it up every couple of weeks to keep it up.
