I've kinda run out of obvious things to implement? Like I could just add most ship types I can think of now. I'd have to actually add some kind of gameplay now to go any forwards with this.
It's pretty subtle but I added screen shake for firing guns, impacts, and ship explosions. Maybe I should crank it up.

It did not go all well. There's a pretty serious FMOD bug. As good as I think FMOD Studio is, the Unity integration has given me so many extremely difficult to debug and solve problems that endlessly frustrate me. It's why I almost NEVER touch the game's audio. FMOD is incredibly fragile.

As I expected, my opinion on Godot is souring now that I'm trying out 3D. The 2D and UI systems of Godot are fantastic, but the 3D is lacking in so many areas. Some intentionally so (look up how you do Debug.DrawLine and enjoy a nice thread of "it's impossible!") others because it feels immature.
