Het #kraakverbod heeft effect gehad. Leegstand én woningnood zijn weer helemaal terug. Met #marktwerking kun je alles kapot krijgen.
Er staan zoveel huizen, kantoren en winkels in NL leeg dat alle inwoners van de stad Utrecht erin zouden kunnen wonen. Dit blijkt uit een berekening van het CBS en Pointer (KRO-NCRV).
De leegstand komt neer op een oppervlakte van 200.000 nieuwbouwappartementen.
