Powerbuilding is just powerlifting training with less singles and more curls and lat raises. Basically every solid beginner program is "powerbuilding" as it's just non-specific resistance training.

Nah, that's the bodybuilder's reason, we love leg day over here in strength land, but only for 1-3 reps so we don't have to move for more than 20 seconds straight.
