I’m in the process of moving rn. I live at 8th & Grand in DTLA but my new place is in Pasadena. Would you advise I just sleep on my couch in Pasadena or try to get back home?

Luvox has helped quite a bit and I'm still not at maintenance dose just yet (soon), and ERP has been ... unpleasant, but helpful.

I don't think I really realized for a while *how* debilitating it had gotten because I worked from home, often ordered food delivered, I got a car at peak covid and then my partner got one shortly after it died, etc.
But had some episodes that were brutal around Christmas and finally sought help.

Yeah, I think I've had ups and downs and never really thought much about it or maybe was subclinical but COVID really through my shit into overdrive. Used to take transit all the time for instance, but post covid it was exceptionally hard to manage and I'd like have to shower when I got home etc.
