All the films up to Lucario and the Mystery of Mew are the original English versions with title cards retained. Any films past that utilise German title cards, with English audio available.
Just scored this - every Pokémon film in blu-ray format from 1998 to 2020 😭 guessing something like this isn’t available in the UK or US as the films are tied up with different distributors in physical format.

So the Lacoste collab actually did release in the UK, but only for one store (and close to my work) and luckily managed to get the last two pieces 😭
