FIXED! You need USB debugging
adb shell content delete --uri content://settings/system --where "name='system_locales'"
adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/system --bind name:s:system_locales --bind value:s:en-US
adb shell content delete --uri content://settings/system --where "name='system_locales'"
adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/system --bind name:s:system_locales --bind value:s:en-US
hello bluesky I hope this gets better reach than twitter, do NOT set English One Two with Pseudo Accents as your language, it literally bricked my Pixel 8 Pro it now only boots to the lockscreen and just flashes the default wallpaper indefinitely
