This study helps to shed some light on the biological mechanisms underlying the association of MetaboHealth with ageing-related outcomes paving the way for targeted lifestyle interventions in at risk individuals.

Now traveling to Tartu for the 24th Gene Forum organised by the Institute of Genomics where I will present our work on metabolomics-based biomarkers of ageing. It will be my first genomics conference in years, so I look forward to hear about the latest breakthroughs in the field!
