My cat Rex has been with me for so long, through so many of life’s ups and downs. I’m so thankful to have had him in my life for this long. And today is his BIRTHDAY.

I still haven’t forgiven James Gunn for what he did to me with GotG vol 3, then he just goes and does it to me again with Creature Commandos ep4. These furry guys have emotions so real and tangible it’s unbelievable. Huge props to the animators too I know it wasn’t easy but they did a great job.

After a long day of avoiding social media and getting through work, I’ve finally watched the #Superman trailer, and I don’t even have the words. I am so excited that I can’t think straight. The long wait was so worth it.

Finished watching YuYu Hakusho for the first time last night. Honestly, the final arc was pretty weak but I loved the resolution and the final ep is nearly perfect imo. Some incredible action and one of the best musical scores I’ve heard for any anime that I’ve seen. HxH is next I guess lol.

watched 28 Days Later for the first time ever today and I totally understand why it’s so beloved now. I’m happy a found a DVD copy at a thrift store a while back so that I could watch it now. Yet another reason why physical media is the way to go.

Watched another incredible movie this past weekend. Piece by Piece. I honestly don’t want to say much about it because it’s so much better going in with no expectations. Very glad I watched it. shoutout @pabloprht.bsky.social for supplying the feature
