I’m trying not to get too down on the team right now. Hopefully we get Garland back soon for an extended look. I actually feel like the role players have been a bright spot, but Allen and Mobley have been a little disappointing especially in the bigger matchups.

Does it seem like the Mobley and Allen chemistry has fallen off quite a bit? I feel like Garland being out all the time makes so much about this team hard to judge.

I feel like the model is difficult for the consumers. There are so many great people out there I want to support, but I can only commit so much. I’ve tried to cycle different subscriptions each year to find what makes the most sense for what I end up consuming.

It’s been a boring regular season, but I’ll take this over 2015 every time. If the beat Michigan, win a conference title, and win at least one playoff game I’m sure it will feel fun.

The B1G tv arrangement is a nightmare. Big Noon is horrible for fans. Having your biggest game in the morning sucks. NBC and CBS end up with some mediocre games most weeks so it gets rolled by ABC. Too many B1G teams just aren’t competitive yet. Maybe money fixes it , but I doubt it.

ESPN is well represented in the show too, so it’s like and ad for itself. Was surprised how much ESPN and SEC they got to use in it. And Oregon as well.

I think part of the strategy today is also yes they have to just keep close. Indiana needs to be able to sell to players that they are just a few guys away from elite, so they can eventually make that next step jump. If they let a team blow them out by 50, it makes that argument so much harder
