Last week Win Rozario's fam -accompanied by elected officials/others- delivered letters for Eric Adams (& NYPD Commish Jessica Tisch but NYPD refused to take it, told them to "mail" it).

The fam has totally reasonable demands incl wanting update on FID investigation & meeting w/mayor.

There's been THREE police commissioners in the year since Win Rozario was killed in his home by NYPD Alongi & Cianfrocco. No updates from Eric Adams admin on NYPD investigation. Amplify Win's mother's call for the current commish to fire Alongi & Cianfrocco & remove cops from mental health response.
Last 3 paragraphs of Win Rozario's mother's oped in the Daily News. Text: "There have been three police commissioners since Win was killed. The current commissioner — Jessica Tisch — said she supports more discipline for police misconduct. She should start by firing Officers Alongi and Cianfrocco and ensuring that other officers are fired when they unjustly kill. She should also remove police from mental health response calls. Nothing will bring Win back, but Adams and Tisch should fire Alongi and Cianfrocco as soon as possible and make changes so no other mother has to go through what I’ve gone through. I’m fighting so no other family has to suffer like ours and so no more families are torn apart by the NYPD the way we were. Win was only a child, but he knew right from wrong. I hope the commissioner and the mayor do, too."

Win Rozario was killed by NYPD cops Salvatore Alongi & Matthew Cianfrocco in his home, while family pled for them not to shoot/kill. Alongi & Cianfrocco came, created a chaotic crisis & gunned Win down in less than 2 minutes - it's a miracle Win's mom & younger brother weren't also killed.

NEWS - As soon as DOJ's Public Integrity Section was informed it would be taking over Mayor Adams case, John Keller, the acting head of the unit and his boss, Kevin Driscoll, the senior most career official in DOJ's criminal division resigned, according to multiple sources.

Danielle Sassoon resigned Thursday as the acting US Attorney for the Southern District of New York. It follows the Justice Department’s directive to drop the case against Mayor Eric Adams.
