Because Visa doesnt have people day trading Visa Bucks every day. All of its purchases are for goods and services and involved the economy.
Bitcoin the vast majority is just trading bitcoin/other crypto for bitcoin. That doesnt say usecase going forward.

Its currency in the same way any collectible is a currency. Sure I can trade my old car for something that someone values relatively the same based on a countrys actual currency, that doesnt make it real currency.

It will never be currency. It will never be used. Its only value is holding until the exact right moment no one wants it anymore.
