With nearly half our local board budget allocated to maintenance, you’d expect us to have good oversight and control over the $14M spend but unfortunately this hasn’t been the case. But there’s hope!

This land used to house 52 senior citizens, is still owned by KO and zoned for THAB. No, a night market is not the best use for this space

Puketāpapa Local Board mtg - C&R chair ignores staff advice on part of an amendment being direct negative (not allowed) & they vote down attempt by City Vision members to speak up for community on safer speeds. Nonsense amendment passed 4 to 2 🤦🏻♀️

Nice public space linking Myers park, the stunning Waimahara artwork w Aotea Square or... a surface carpark? (right next to a 1000 space underground carpark) 🤔 Perhaps just a safe ,legible & wide pathway as a start? We should be planning for this now for when the 2 year WaterCare project winds up
