If it was Trump's money I'd agree. But it's ours!

If we do succeed in voting these corrupt fools out, bet you anything a bunch of this taxpayer-funded gold gets filched. That may have been the plan from the get-go.

You have traded away all your leverage for the empty promises of proven bad-faith negotiators. You don't understand the stakes of this fight, and you don't understand the length your opponents will go to. This was time to fight. To hold the line. You let us all down.

Your capitulation is a grotesque betrayal of the American people. Shame.

Relatedly, the housing contracting industry is still boasting about the air-tightness of all of its doors and windows, desirable for efficiency in heating and cooling. With no discussion of exhaust and makeup air.

The American HVAC industry is so focused on heating and cooling that they talk obsessively about the tonnage of various units, while seeming actively confused by questions about CO2 levels, fresh air, and makeup air. How did the business culture get like this? And what will it take to change it?

Tesla, like Uber and WeWork before it, trades at a price-earnings ratio utterly unsupported by its core business. The line only keeps going up if you make stockholders believe they own a piece of some tech-driven paradigm shift coming down the pike.

Our entire political discourse is a bad faith enterprise, so asymmetrical as to render the whole affair meaningless.

Imagining Obama pardoning a slew of supporters convicted of political violence, who then went on to commit further crimes.

Imagining Obama awarding himself a quarter million dollars out of the public treasury on a whim.

It amazes me that the Trump Administration is justifying the killings by calling the victims...something that doesn't exist.
