24hrs in and we’re getting some bubbles now and more fizz, but definitely not as much as my strawberry soda batches were at the day mark. I probably used too many apples About 2.3Lbs!), but I want this to have a very apple flavor to it even after it carbonates!

And now we play the waiting game. First two stirs last night and this morning saw some bubbles, but not much fizz. It is MUCH cooler now than it was my previous attempts, so that could play a role. Might have to go three days on this one. We shall see! #HomeBrewSoda
