Well open to all recommendations so fire away. Stayed at many straight/mixed/whatever hotels happily. Have found the exclusive gay ones can be a bit tense and full-on, so tend to avoid.

Ah, I see lol. I still occasionally have a yearning for a bike, would definitely be safer up here, but I think that ship has sailed... So mostly don't regret selling it. As you say pricey especially insurance if not getting good use.

Had a bike mostly for work, East End to King's X/WE. Was quick but stressful, heavy traffic and some dodgy city anti biker driving. Weekend bit of fun was nice though. Got vandalized outside my house x2 so after two years sold it. Was an SV650S, bit of a midlife crisis bike 😉
