A matcha cheesecake pie that turned out much better than I thought it would and a prime rib that fucks as hard as I thought it would. 6/10 and 9/10.

Prime rib in its 48 hour brine with added 5 spice to see if I can get in some added sweetness of aroma to compliment the crust.
Matcha cheesecake pie. Crust turned out great. The cheesecake rose in the middle causing the top to toast and crack.

Feeling pretty good about maintaining progress while still going to all the holiday parties and having an excellent time. The weeks have been pretty strict but the wine selection has been excellent.
