Gotta love naming your company after a device that almost without fail leads its users to their dooms, and is mainly known for being corrupted by evil forces to deceive and betray the forces of good.

Heh. Zelenskyy was significantly closer than that.

It's a lot of coincidence that it happens right at the propeller, like with the first explosion. But coincidences do happen. The three distinct smoke puffs makes it perhaps more likely that it was water expelled through openings in the pier.

Ohhh, now I see what you meant! Sorry. Yeah, there's definitely something fishy going on there.

It could possibly just be the shockwave travelling under the pier, and blowing out water through openings, you can see it happening right next to the initial explosion. But it doesn't look quite right.

How do we know it was a "near miss"? To me it looks like the explosion was right on top of the propeller and rudders.

"This is a direct military threat to the United States of America."

It is neither direct, military, nor really a threat.

Oh wow. That's a bit of a turnaround from one day to another. I'd love to see some confirmation of this, but DeepStateMAP is usually reliable.

Together with the "Deus Vult" tattoo, there can't be much doubt that it's the "Crusader's cross" that's the intended meaning.
December 9, 2025 at 10:31 AM
Can't imagine why...

Combined with the Deus Vult tattoo, there can't reasonably be any other interpretation than the Crusades one. Holy war, anyone? Allahu Akbar!

You're one of today's lucky 10,000.

It's from the movie The Matrix. It still holds up remarkably well. At the time, a lot of the techniques used were absolutely groundbreaking, but have since become almost industry standard. Well worth watching, avoid spoilers.

In case someone has trouble with the difference between millions and billions, if this passes the US will contribute about 0.5% of what Europe does. Which of course is better than the 0% since trump took control, but not by a whole lot.

trump won the latest election by 51%-to-49%...

(Also worth keeping in mind when he talks about "landslide victory", or one of his cronies says "elected by the entire US population".)

Since russia considers Crimea to be russia, the route isn't all that implausible, depending on exactly where it was supposed to have sailed from. It would make sense for them to head for the safety of Turkish waters as soon as possible.
