There’s tons of optional content too: heart pieces, collectibles, upgrades — plenty to extend your playtime.

Amazing experience overall. No idea why it took me so long to play this gem.

Total playtime: 16 hours

The soundtrack is incredible, the visuals still look great, and the puzzles hit the perfect level of difficulty.

Dungeons are well-paced (not too short, not too long), the boss fights are super fun, and the story is really charming.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is a true masterpiece. It’s honestly hard to find anything wrong with it.

The game design is brilliant — even decorative objects matter thanks to the unique wall-merging mechanic. It completely changes how you explore.

Overall, Donkey Kong Bananza is all about fun. I’ve collected 700+ bananas so far, and I’ll keep playing because my daughter absolutely loves it. 🍌❤️

Total playtime: 40+ hours

My only complaint: the game is very easy. Some bosses go down in one combo if you know what you’re doing, which feels a bit odd.

It’s also super accessible. You can hand the controller to a friend at any point and they’ll instantly have fun, even without knowing the story.

There’s even a really good plot twist near the end, and the final stretch of the game is surprisingly great.

Sometimes I boot it up just to relax and smash everything around me, even when there isn’t much left to do. It’s that kind of game.

I’ve been playing it a lot with my 4-year-old daughter, and it’s been a blast. The game is full of nostalgia, references, and great little easter eggs.

Donkey Kong Bananza has been my most anticipated game since the Switch 2 reveal. I loved DK64 back in the day, so getting a new 3D DK adventure felt like a dream come true.
