What you’re voting for is whether you want a red murderous empire or a blue murderous empire. If we can’t imagine a wider scope of possibilities than this, we deserve the country we get.

It’s hard enough to get hired without it being so difficult just to find real jobs in the first place. These apps - like so many others - are primarily concerned with collecting and selling your data.
And the real kicker? A lot of that data goes to scammers that use fake jobs to lure you in.

Under capitalism, nothing is considered to have “value” unless that value is profit. Unfortunately, much of what we sacrifice to profit is priceless, and - in many cases - is necessary to our long-term survival.

It reminds me how far we have to go when I hear even the people that don’t want war with Venezuela regurgitating state department propaganda about the country.

I’ve seen more people upset that the president called a woman “piggy” than the US starting yet another war for oil.
The corporate media wants you to more upset about offensive language than you are about human beings dying for oil. Stop letting them manipulate you.

If we’re going to take power back from the capitalists, maybe part of that equation is refusing to buy any more junk we don’t need.
Stop handing your paycheck over to these people for plastic garbage. Surely we can find something better to give each other during the holidays.
