As someone pointed out on r/Aleague, FA may have been advised to delay until after the ATO/Federal Court hearing on Friday. This is in case WU pulls an injunction if the FA revoked their license before the ATO/Federal Court hearing process concluded.
I'm no lawyer, but I think it makes sense.

I was wondering about this. Thanks for the clarification.

So, the application to review the court's decision will be made (& heard) next week. So, is next Tuesday's FIB (FA) hearing/decision of revoking the license still relevant here? Or will the FA move the FIB hearing until after this application (to review the court's decision) be made/heard? Blimey.

I wrote a comment the other day, but I realised I had my interaction settings on (where no one could reply to me). So again: Thanks for keeping us up to date on the Western United situation, I've been enjoying your podcast in recent weeks. Cheers.

Hi Joey,
so, is the FA appeal hearing on next Tuesday set to still proceed (whereby FA would be set to officially revoke Western United's license)? Or now with WMG now officially liquidated, is this no longer necessary, and is the license officially now revoked?

Been enjoying your pod in recent weeks. Looking forward to listening to the wrap up in the coming days. Will you be waiting until tomorrow or Friday afternoon (once the FIB matter & other WU ATO court hearing) has been finalised?
