The Dominican was the perfect escape from our Midwestern winter. We have vowed to always have a warm weather destination planned in January/February from now on!

Raquel attends one of the oldest universities in the world. The tradition for doctoral graduates at the University of Salamanca is to stencil the university’s symbol and graduates name on the institute’s walls. I imagine one day we will be taking photos of her name there!
