One of the saddest cases I had to deal. 36y old female, miscarriage, twins 20w after in vitro fertilisation. She was hospitalised for one month due to complications, got out of hospital 4 days before. 😔

MedScopy: ‼️Dear nail tech please do not accept doing nail treatments on kids even when the parents are ok with that. This reaction was caused by the nail acrylic gel that was applied on this 12 years old girl. Dear parents please let the kids be kids. This is not necessary.

MedScopy: In this case we immediately thing it’s nail fungus (Onychomycosis). But when there is a greenish colour we should also think of pseudomonas (Green nail syndrome). Nail culture will give us the answer.

MedScopy: 36 year old black male patient came to ER complaining of chest pain. Double troponin test was negative. Heat Echo without any pathological findings. We thought the abnormalities on the EKG look like Brugada syndrome. Do you have any thoughts?

Very interesting patient who had brain cancer and after the treatment he never went through the reconstruction surgery to cover the bone missing part on the forehead.
