Currently, if fed officials like ICE agents violate your constitutional rights, you can't sue for damages. A statute called the Universal Constitutional Remedies Act would fix that and we're seeing more states catching on. We were just in CA to support the state's own UCR bill: protdem.org/3ZeTwBi

There is tension between Schrödinger’s Cat and Aristotle’s Principle of Noncontradiction. If the cat is both dead and alive but a thing cannot be and not be at the same time, then which is the true statement? At best this identifies a paradox, at worst one has been proven false. Anyway, fuck ICE.
