I was at the match yesterday and there was a bit of booing yes. But JH did a solo lap of pitch at end and got a generous round of applause. No boos then.

This season we'll find that some of our players are suited to the Premier League with fewer games, less full-on thuggery, and some will continue to develop such as Gnonto, Ramazani, or even Joseph (if he climbs down). Or Harry Gray later in the year. These things will be as important as transfers.

It's rigged for sure but I remain optimistic. So far the transfers seem sound and recent recruitment has been very good. But transfers are only part of it. When we have been promoted before we have brought something different such as the Bielsa way of playing, or younger players coming through.
