Yeah, I'd worry more about them getting hit by a car tbh. I think it depends on the kids, at 11 I think it would have been too young for mine, given their 'common sense' development at the time

I love indoor wood burners, I always wanted one, but they absolutely should be banned unless you live somewhere remote with no other source of heat. They kick out lots of particulates which are bad for lung health.

Funnily in our house most of the decor was residual 60s, we didn't get 70s decor until we were about to hit the 80s!

I was 11 in '75.In the 70s we had coal fire for heating and an electric cooker. There were times we had no heat or warm food, I was sent home from school because of power cuts, my dad was on 3 day week. I have no happy memories of the time, and I did not live in a deprived area

Looking forward to it. I had an inexplicable dislike of Rentaghost, and for that matter Crackerjack, both programs all my friends loved, so it'll be interesting to hear your views.
