Headed down to Brighton by train yesterday. Bearing in my mind I can drive there in 30 minutes, took me 2 hours by train. When my train pulled into Brighton it was 3 deep of people waiting to get on.

It’s a manifestation of the worst elements of America shoved back into your and faces. I’ve always read about brave US servicemen in WW2. But as I get older the reality was the US was hugely unjust then and still is now. See alt text.

I’m the opposite! The venue we had booked has closed so no DJ or dancing. Just some random bar with nibbles.

Amazing track. I never knew about Roxy Music growing up. But my part time job many years ago, the manager played the greatest hits album on repeat and I learnt every note and lyric.

It was a Jedi back story done properly. Lore, betrayal, the Force, and the light sabre fights were brilliant. Had the makings of something special but we will never know.
