Well I agree. I’m making the point that it was useful to interview him.

He said the Capitol is a public building (which it is). So entering it is not a criminal act. If he defended “marauders” and rioters, I didn’t hear it.

But why wouldn’t she? He’s not a protagonist in the issue. He was interviewed for his insights.
