I would like to see a breakdown of how they mark up or share revenue before I get too disappointed. I might rent new indie/festival films at those prices but I am skeptical.

If it's not already in the pipeline, which it may be, I doubt it will ever get released in 4K. Warner will have to stop making any new strategic decisions while the deal is being scrutinized. We could lose access to thousands of Warner titles not already released in new formats.
