ND also requires access to the ACC's bowl slate (which they're turning down this year, obviously) and they don't have to share the money they get from the bowl.

So if I'm the ACC commissioner, I can promote the CFP inclusion of one of my schools, which gives a nice check to our members, or I can choose not to and watch ND get the spot, and ND keeps all the $$$$. Got it.

Not only that, ND keeps all bowl revenue rather than sharing it with other members of its conference. If I'm the ACC, damn straight I'm promoting Miami over ND...

33% is his with-him-to-the-end base, they're not going anywhere. It will be interesting though to see how they intend to twist the loss of health insurance subsides as the Democrats fault, especially since so many of his base count on that.
