Hello Bruno. Difficult one to answer, a bit like 'how long is a piece of string.' It really depends on what I've been riding on - gritty, muddy, road, etc. Also, how many miles I've riden. I've used various lubes... the pic is showing Peaty's all weather lube. I'm giving it a try.

Those winds! We are suffering with much of the same over here in the UK. Non cyclists don't realise how much the energy is sapped when cycling into a head wind! It's great when the wind is behind you on the climbs though, and we have plenty of those in Cornwall.
