The recent announcement by Governor Hochul in regard to lead line replacement in the City of Troy is continued good news for the city. Last year the city was awarded $16.7 million to replace up to 1,100 lead lines throughout the city in a combination of grants ($8,976,100) and interest free loans

A new statewide survey shows that NY’s bell-to-bell smartphone restrictions are already delivering significant benefits for students and teachers.
