Now even the Smithsonian has caved to Trump.
A museum is supposed to preserve history, not erase it!

The market hates uncertainty. What a surprise. That’s what business is - always an uncertainty, always having to guess about the future. If the future were certain, like in Back to the Future. everyone would be investing - or not - like crazy. Give me a break.

Heads I win, tails you lose. Trump took credit for a strong stock market during the Biden administration because “investors think I’ll win, and that helps the market.” Now, with the market tanking because of the Trump tariffs to come, three months into his presidency, Trump blames Biden’s policies.

“We’ll be back after this quick break.” Really? A five-minute span of commercials is a quick break? Please stop insulting our intelligence, TV show hosts. Not a good look.

Trump supporters were willing to die for Trump during the pandemic and now, apparently, willing to lose their savings and struggle to pay the high prices brought on by his tariffs. With supporters like that, how will we ever hope to turn this disaster train around?

When will Trump supporters get tired of his wining, his “everybody’s out to get me,” that it’s never his fault, that all the judges that rule what he does is illegal are radical, wacko leftists, that any media company that says anything negative about him is a failing enterprise. Never? Probably.

Can anyone point out a federal employee who got fired through DOGE and said they were fine with it, that they understood the necessity of eliminating their job? That Musk/Trump were doing what needed to be done and they supported the policy? I’m waiting.

First they came for the immigrants, and I spoke out, because I’ve read the damn poem before and I know how it ends.

If a cabinet nominee refuses to answer a “hypothetical” when asked how they will function in the job, what’s the point of having a Senate confirmation hearing?

Of course Trump blames the wildfires and their response on Newsom and Biden. Probably looking for an excuse not to allocate federal funds to help California when he takes office. Something he also did in his first term. But red states like Florida and Texas? “Open up those government coffers!”

I just heard the FEMA administrator talking about the wildfire response in California and saying what they did in Maui. Including getting schools up and running again- public and CATHOLIC. Really? Taxpayers money was used to prop up private schools?

Trump campaigned in 2016 saying he would make America great again, and the MAGA movement was born. He’s still promoting it, despite the fact he already had four years as president to do that and, by definition, failed. Sounds like a permanent, never-accomplished promise, like repealing Obamacare.

Why the increased security for the election certification today? In case Harris supporters would storm the Capitol? Give me a break. Only one party does that. And it’s not Democrats.

Why am I getting flooded with followers who are attractive young women, especially Asian-ancestry women? Not that I’m complaining, but why?

So what can Trump be sentenced to if jail time, probation, and fines are off the table? Writing on the blackboard 100 times, “I was a bad boy”? What’s the point of a conviction if there’s no penalty?

Trump finally to be sentenced! Maybe. After all the delays so far, I’m not holding my breath.
