PEM was the most significant symptom, debilitating in intensity and seemingly random occurrence. Some times it would happen and then other occasions I would escape, only to be crushed by the next bout of a tiredness hard to describe which would flatten me for weeks. I had none of the other symptoms.

Randomly get better? That would have been an incredible coincidence. Desperate? No, I only speak as I find, it worked for me. Expensive? Less than the price of a cheap 2nd hand car or a new sofa to get your life back after 10 years of absolute misery, that’s a price worth paying.

My recommendation is the Lightning Process. 10 yrs of CFS misery ended by this programme of NLP. One doesn’t get or have CFS (a passive recipient), one does it. By changing those words in your mind, you automatically acquire control over symptoms. Then all you need is the technique.
