Just been to get some eggs and milk at the local Coop and there was a pile of these by the checkout. I don’t want this nasty, divisive, scaremongering invading my Sunday morning. Robert Jenrick should be apologising for whipping up fear. Politicians should show responsibility.

I can’t imagine ever feeling good on a running machine. My wife persuaded me to go on a cruise. I went on a machine for the first time. My wife came in. “Oooh look, Dolphins.” I looked. A second later, I was picking myself off the floor. Meanwhile, here’s a high from yesterday’s run.

Some will say good riddance, but if he moves away we get less tax from him. The Rolling Stones left the U.K. for a while in the 70s. It happens. It’s an inconvenient fact that the rich can afford to move when they want to.
