It's time to break away. The whole urban-rural divide we're seeing in this country is actually a global occurrence. It's not unique. We could be seeing the beginning of a worldwide network of cities.

Counties regarded as "blue" in the former republic known as the United States were now part a larger confederation of modern, clean and humane city-states, namely....the Northeast, the Upper Midwest, Rocky Mountains and the West Coast city-states.
